This page summarizes Brave-initiated BAT purchases reported across supported venues (for example, Uphold, Gemini, Coinbase). Each row in the table represents a single reported purchase with its date, venue, and size in BAT. Charts aggregate those entries over time and by venue.
The data is fetched from the same endpoint used across the site (/data) and reflects Brave’s transparency dataset. The page shows a last updated date based on the dataset timestamp. If the live endpoint is unavailable, a local example dataset is used as a fallback for display.
Totals are the sum of BAT amounts across all transactions. The average purchase size is the total divided by the number of transactions. The top exchange is determined by summing BAT across all entries grouped by venue and selecting the highest.
Purchases are grouped by the calendar month derived from each transaction’s timestamp. Months are computed using your device’s local time zone, which can lead to minor boundary differences compared to UTC for purchases near month-end. If you prefer UTC-based grouping, let us know and we can switch the logic.
Individual purchase amounts retain up to two decimal places when needed to improve readability; totals and averages are displayed consistently. Minor differences may appear between the table and chart tooltips due to formatting and rounding.
